Why don't Megadeth hire a new lead singer?

Man, watching Dave Mustaine trying to hit the high notes is damn near painful. Mustaine looks like he is about to pass out whenever he is signing the higher melodies. I wonder if Dave Mustaine has ever considered hiring a lead singer for Megadeth so that he can just concentrate on the lead guitar.

Mustaine's virtuosity on the guitar is evident on his intricate guitar solos and rhythm guitar parts, such as his guitar work on the complicated Hangar 18. Watching Mustaine and the new lead guitarist Chris Broderick battle back and forth is quite a treat. While Chris is amazing and phenomenal on the guitar, he is not on the level of Mustaine. When Mustaine solos, he does it effortlessly and with the most perfect phrasings of each note.

I really like the idea of hiring a lead singer because Megadeth would automatically become one of the top metal bands right now. Musically, nobody can touch them, with two of the best metal lead guitarists on the planet. However, vocally, Mustaine's voice is gone, which really hurts their music. If you add a top vocalist that can hit the high notes, wow, Megadeth could really put on a top notch performance. I'm a huge Megadeth fan and even I had a tough time sitting through the Sonisphere set.
