I just got back from China and my sleep cycle is all messed up.
My sleeping has been broken up into two cycles, each about 4 hours. For the past couple of days, I've been taking a nap around 5 PM and waking up at 9PM. Then, later in the night, I go to bed at around 4AM and wake up 8AM.
I haven't noticed any problems with this sleeping setup. In fact, I haven't been tired or groggy at all in the mornings when I wake up at 8AM.
I'm not sure how much longer I can continue this but I would like to keep it up to see if there are any real benefits.
