Today became a sad day for me after reading the following error message:
"We're sorry. CBS Radio is unavailable from your current location."while trying to log on to WFAN.com's online streaming feed.
What am I going to do now that I can't listen to WFAN? I hope CBS changes this soon because they are no longer going to get callers from all around the world.

This is such a joke. I live in Paris, France and listen to the fan all the time. I can't believe they've cut the service. What's moronic, is that I travel to the States often, so it does make sense for me to hear the ads they are playing (if that's why they've stopped streaming). Do they really think that folks listening from international locations have no ties to the US and are unlikely to buy the products/services that their advertisers are selling. Totally stupid move on the part of WFAN...
Update: I just figured out that you can still listen to WFAN via iTunes (click on the 'radio' icon and WFAN is one of the stations they list) and via the Windows Media Player (in their media guide). I presume they may pull this eventually, but for now it seems to work...
Enjoy!
Wow, that's a good tip. Thanks!
I couldn't get WFAN to work via iTunes. I was hopeful after finding this blog post, but all I get is an announcement/ad telling me to go to Last.fm, which doesn't have WFAN.
I should have added, I'm in Ireland.
Now I am resigned to ESPN 1050 New York (still streaming). Nice job WFAN,,, Thanks for watching out for us overseas NY fans,,,,,,,,,
Great job WFAN, I waited for years to hear you online after moving to Australia with it's overpriced and slow braodband, and now you've pulled the plug, DROP DEAD!!!
Very Angry I can't access my favorite station from back home in NJ from the UK. Why did they have to mess with it!?
guys found a link that works
http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/teams/nyk;_ylt=Al9ScdHlAxzRGNVBZ9l3.ie8vLYF
scroll down and click the wfan link. The feed is delayed around 8 hours but at least we can get to listen to the fan.
